    Introduction

This place is thought to offer salvation and cleansing of all sins-by the journey taken here one can go forward to salvation as moksha is to be attained. The journey to be taken feels to be just like an adventurous expedition-the journey of Muktinath-tour begins at Gorakhpur and traverses through some of the beautiful landscapes jagged with cultural landmarks and Himalayan beauty.

    Importance of Muktinath Temple:

The water sprouts called as Muktidhara, which are 108 in number, are believed to remove the sins of the devotees visiting the temple.
